1. Acceptance

By accessing this website or engaging Kanoni Media Consortium Ltd for services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.

2. Services

We provide radio advertising production, translation, media campaign management, poster design and on-ground events. Specific scope, deliverables and timelines are set out in individual Statements of Work.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this website - text, graphics, logos, audio - is owned by or licensed to Kanoni and protected by applicable IP laws. Client-owned materials remain the client's property.

4. Payment

Fees, taxes and payment terms are agreed per engagement. Late payment may attract interest at the prevailing CBK rate.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by Kenyan law, Kanoni's total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes shall be referred to the courts of Kenya unless the parties agree to arbitration.
